con Air Chamber
An innovative manufacturing technique developed by the ART-LENS team has led to the creation of an ocular prosthesis with an Air Chamber.
By designing a hollow space inside, we have significantly reduced the weight, preventing lower eyelid laxity, enhancing comfort, and providing flotation capability in water.
Currently, near-perfect results are achieved, making the ocular prosthesis almost indistinguishable from a healthy eye, thanks to cutting-edge techniques and advanced materials. However, the absence of pupil size variation still limits its authenticity and realism.
